General ambiance very good at lodge with fireplace and seating areas.  Food in restaurant was very good.  Service by all staff very good. Many nice trails and vista's even in winter.  Lodge rooms are decent, though could use some improvement.  Wifi good.  Highly recommend staying for a few days.  Check hours and days open for Nature Center.

We had a very nice room meeting area with the group we were with. We enjoyed the hot tub very much but REALLY surprised that the aquatic area didn't open until 10 am!! If I had children with me and we had to wait until 10 am before they could enjoy it, they would be climbing the walls, and I would be upset paying that much for a room and being that limited using the aquatic center.

Tough one to rate. The lodge is comfortable, has a picturesque location with some good hiking trails and vistas. There is a small water park area with a water slide. It is mostly very clean. Rooms were spacious, and we didn't hear our neighbors even though there are a lot of small children around. Main issue is the same that a lot of places have now, not enough staff. The staff that is there tries hard to make up for it.

Beautiful lodge tucked back in the brown county state park.  Beautiful scenery all around with tons of stuff to do.  The indoor water park is fun.  Our only issue was immediately remedied and taken care of by the staff.  Good recovery and hospitality.

Clean sheets, clean room. Stayed in one of the updated ones and they are beautiful. Pool was clean minus the pile of dirty towels. Probably could add another pick up schedule for that. Lifeguards were so so. One on the slide on his phone watching movies. The others looking but probably more into their conversation. We enjoyed my sons birthday party there. Some very impatient, rude, self-absorbed guests that made more work and anguish for the staff that did a wonderful job. Just be kind.
