  This company installed a new heat exchanger in my attic. A few weeks after they left, I discovered the fan was quietly running when the system was off. I immediately contacted them and they refused to return. I made several texts and calls which they did not respond to. I had to find another company to come out and pay them to do what ABD should have done. It turned out that the heat kit was defective and the fan was installed crooked and kept running. My electric bill had also been very high. The part was under warranty and I said I would pay them to return, but they refused. I would NOT recommend them for any work. I had paid them and they did not stand behind their work! And the unnecessary stress and anguish they put me thru in this heat, for a senior citizen, is unforgivable. Because it was intentional. Go somewhere else for your work! DO NOT trust these people.

  This was a home warranty company & we told her a she had to do is get back in touch with them for a new work order but she never did or the warranty company sent someone else out.
