These people are the least professional group of people I’ve ever had the misfortune of doing business with. They show up to take your money promptly and then tell you they will be back tomorrow. You will not see or hear from them again for a minimum of 7 to 10 days. Hired them to fix a leak, they moved the leak from outside the house to three places inside the house by completely replacing the entire line. The Boss boasts about having 48 years of experience yet it took 8 pressure tests, 5 repairs and two days to stop all the leaks they created to pass inspection. They do not clean up the messes they make all over your home or even replace anything they remove like sheet rock. Left 3 inch screws in the driveway. Destroy appliances and just leave them in pieces in your floor. Drill holes in your floors and don’t bother to clean up the sawdust. I can go on and on but will stop for now except to warn you DO NOT USE, HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Warning to all people who has HOME WARRANTY don't use this company. 1st they never arrived the exact time waste 2 days of work. 2nd it was our home warranty set our appointment to them and we just called to confirm the appointment, after 3 visits they got it fixed but because I missed 2 days of work I let my wife stay home besides they already know whats the really problem for my air conditioning. We supposed to just pay them the deductible but then my wife is alone and they want to get paid full payment, the owner of this company keep saying they dont work with our home warranty and my wife told them we dont have money and we are not prepare for that amount and also they should told us from the first day. Because when i called them i told them about our home warranty and there 1st visit im trying to pay them the deductible but they didnt get it because the didnt fix the problem, on that spot they should had told me already. But then that 3rd visit they want there full money because they dont wanna wait 3-4months to deal with our home warranty thats the owner said. My point is they should have told us since day one. Besides why would I hire them if I can find someone nearer in my house they're like 30mins away. So my wife end up paying them by credit card because this guys wont live my house and im not home. Im an hour away from my work. So just informing those people who has home warranty dont work with this kind of people. Dealing for 3weeks of our home warranty for what happened we never get a dime in our home warranty because they said its never been authorized the technician should report to them but they never did, how we supposed to know that, its not our job to report to the home warranty but then this company is not good doing business with them NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

We will not be using this company again. Scheduled an appointment for a filter change and inspection on the heater. Called a couple of times after they never showed up for the original appointment or rescheduled appointments. Kept being told someone would be out to the house. NOTHING! Poor customer service.
