  We had Aarden Air install a new top of the line heating system and hot water tank in our home. Had issues along the way with the install but we worked through those and Aarden Air completed the job, and we were happy with the work Dan and Jeff performed. The system now requires maintenance and repair. I reached out today for service and was told “we no longer perform service or repairs in Seattle”, he referenced issues in Seattle and the Seattle Police Department. I asked for a referral and was told “no idea”. After a large investment with our system, service and repair is an important piece of the puzzle. Aarden Air was willing to install our complicated system, having them decline to service or repair their install without even an attempt to give a referral is the reason for this negative review.

  Dan and Aarden air are the best heating and cooling service out there. They service both my home and business with reliably and care. Dan is knowledgeable, quick, and great to work with. I would recommend them to family and friends. They have done great service calls, and quick response calls. And I will be having Aarden Air install my new furnace. Thanks Aarden Air!
