  Fantastic place to work! I've never had a job with this many friendly coworkers that are willing to help. 175% 401k and HSA matching, plus stock options, and quarterly profit sharing. The facility is in a great location centered near the heart of Tulsa. There has been an enormous turnaround for the better in the past couple of years and anyone working here for a decent period of time should have the foresight to see the massive future growth of this company coming within the next 5 to 7 years. The only reasonable complaints I've heard is the sub-standard healthcare benefits, but I never need to visit the hospital so that doesn't affect me. If you want to live in the Tulsa area, this is definitely a place you should consider working for. I make it sound like I was paid for this review, but I genuinely do enjoy working here.

  Aaon's employer insurance does not cover spouses. All co-pays, including doctor's visits, emergency services, etc. are 100% percent out of pocket until deductible ($1400.00 at the lowest and $6,900 at the highest for an individual) is met within the calendar year. This is typically consistent with insurance plans that are meeting the minimum requirements of credible employer sponsored insurance. It is 40.00 per pay period (every two weeks approx 86.00 per month) for an individual on the HDHP plan and 65.00 per pay period (every two weeks approx. 139.75 per month) for the bronze plan - a considerably low insurance metal. Employees are offered to work over time at the end of a work shift.The work Shifts at Aaon are a standard 12 hours in length . Declined over time will result in the addition of points. Aaon's point system is based on a maximum of 6 points which results in termination. Employees will be banned from work for suspension if their work area is deemed untidy by a supervisor. Aaon has not designated a standards of operations manual for work station tidiness. The starting pay is $12.80 per hour. Without any insurance premiums being deducted, 80 hours of work equals a $770.00 paycheck. every two weeks or approx.1655.50 per month.
