  Though my appointment has not yet occurred, I’m already impressed by their accommodating customer service. Toni responded to my text inquiry promptly, professionally, and she was more than happy to reach out to my tenant to schedule service. I appreciated the convenience of the text feature, as I’m frequently not able to answer my phone. I’ll update the review after the service occurs, but if their techs are anything like their cs reps, I’m certain I’ll be satisfied.

  AAA Furnace & Air Conditioning went above and beyond with respect to their work of installing a new air conditioning and heating system at a reasonable price. The town building inspector who verified that the work was performed correctly per the building permit application thought that AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning did a great job. The work also included changing the routing of the dryer exhaust vent since the this vent must be at least five feet away from the condenser according to building code. They also installed two of the latest Nest thermostats and routed power from the attic. They also routed the condensate drip line underneath the house to an area with good drainage, i.e., dirt. Previously, the line dripped onto concrete pavers next to the house which violates building code due to lack of adequate run-off. Certainly, AAA strived to meet all building code regulations.
