I would give this company NO stars if that was an option. We called AAA on a Sunday for an emergency repair service on our refrigerator. Originally, he said it was $85/hour weekend rate and $65/hr for weekday rate. Which we had no problem paying the weekend rate since our refrigerator had completely quit cooling and freezer was no freezing. He was there not even and hour and had diagnosed it was a relay switch that needed replacing. He quickly replaced the relay switch and told us to call if we didn't feel a difference in the morning. We called him first thing Monday morning and told him the refrigerator was still not working. He came out again Monday evening and said it wasn't the relay switch but now we needed to replace the switchboard for the compressor. He fixed the switch board and left. The next day, Tuesday, we called him AGAIN and said it is still not working. At this point we are seriously very frustrated and out a TON of money, along with all of our food in our fridge is no good. He comes out Tuesday, pokes around at it and said it wasn't the switch board maybe it just needs Freon. BUT he didnt bring the vaccum with him to pull out the old freon. So he would send someone out that night. He said the guy with the vaccum would be there at 9:00pm. At 9:15pm he tells us that he wouldnt be coming with the vaccum and would come the next morning, Wednesday. Wednesday he shows up, replaces the freeon. The fridge is STILL NOT WORKING!! We are calling him telling him we need the fridge fixed and he says he doesnt know what else to do! Are you kidding me?? I paid him $620 dollars and STILL our fridge does not work. He then told us he would give us $200 back if we gave him the fridge. He said he would come by to pick up the fridge and NO showed, go figure! We have called and text multiple days in a row and now he is completely dodging all contact with us. When you pay someone $620 dollars for a service you expect it fixed or all our money back. If he didnt feel confident in his original diagnosis, he should have refused serice on our fridge. Now we are out $620 for his useless time, work, and zero skills. All the food in our fridge had to be thrown out. This company is a JOKE! Do not waste your time dealing with them. RED FLAG this company. They need to be put out of service. All we want is our money back since they could not complete the job they agreed to do!!!!!
