AAA Home Services was superb in every way. Bill and his apprentice Noah diagnosed our problem and ordered a part. When Bill returned to install that part he discovered another part was needed that was no longer available. They dedicated hours to our old stove to save our needing to purchase a new one. They could not have been more professional or nicer despite what they were up against and Bill was sincerely sorry he was unable to get the part we needed. We ordered a new stove and it came three days earlier than expected. Matt and Jeff arrived with our range, carefully navigated our kitchen so as not to mar a wall or cupboard, Matt connected everything with efficiency, cleaning as he went and was generous in answering my husband’s and my questions. They were a pleasure to have in our home. Moreover, the company was more than fair about the returned part and labor charges. We love our range and we love AAA.

John was very professional and honest about everything and helped me understand what's going on with my appliances. He wore his mask and even brought my garbage cans up to my garage when he left. I didn't ask him to do it and couldn't do it until the ice melts for medical reasons. This is my second post about AAA service and all the guys that have been to my home working on my appliances have been great and explains everything. It's also nice to know when to stop dumping money into a machine that's on its last leg. Thank you John if you ever read this!!!

AAA and their team member Bill were very responsive, efficient, and conscientious. They were very quick to schedule appointments, quickly assessed the issues, acquired the parts, and informed us as soon as they were available. They came out the next day to install them. Bill was courteous and efficient, as well as extremely careful in his testing to confirm safety. Overall this was a great experience.
