  My home warranty company linked me to AAA Affordable AC and I am so grateful. First one unit stopped working... They attempted to fix it 3x in the same week, as it had many issues. After the 3rd time, a second unit on my property stopped working. Both units ended up replaced. Steve and Myron and every else on staff ended up working with us at some point to ensure this mess got handled properly and as quickly as possible. Everyone worked tirelessly in extreme heat, or on the phones, to track down units, parts, work with home warranty.... I highly recommend this company. As far as old reviews, Id say a lot has changed there in the last year+ judging by the change in satisfaction. Now, i don't think you can go wrong choosing them!

  The service technician was very nice. Unfortunately the owner snapped at my 75 year old mother and barked at his employee. He was short tempered and disrespectful. The receptionist Susan acted like I was putting her out by asking for an appt. I called my home warranty company and told them I didn't want them back and told them why. So the last time they were there they filled the Ac with freon. Great job. Well, my AC stopped working again. Guess what, they left the cap of the of the freon container. Just terrible over all. Will never use again.
