  The first call to the office to schedule an estimate was just the beginning of the great service. The gentleman preparing the estimate was on time, asked and answered questions and took the time to research prices before finalizing the estimate. He called us after emailing the estimate. AAA-1 Heating and Cooling not only had the best price, they were able to install the new system that same week. There was an issue with a part in the heat pump from the manufacturer, but AAA-1 had a replacement sent over night and the installers had it replaced the next morning. They are on time, professional and courteous. They even put sheets on the floor to keep the mud off my floors. I highly recommend this company!

  The HVAC service was friendly and professional. However, he missed several key indicators of problems (such as vents not being attached correctly and scent blocks being left by previous owners) that we've since found ourselves. He did very little work for the service fee that was charged.

  Hi Jennifer, thanks for sharing your feedback. Sorry that you were dissatisfied with our services. The notes we have from the service call issued by you states the following: "Just moved into home & had ducts recently cleaned (by another company) was told by the duct cleaning company to have the coils cleaned on the equipment due to smells." Per your request thats what we did, cleaned the coils. We were not asked to inspect or complete a Preventive Maintence on the equipment, nor verify anything about the ductwork. Prices for our services were quoted before the work was completed.
