  I called on Tuesday morning to ask them to come check out my pipes (they are burpung constantly.) He said he would send someone out "bright and early" on Thursday and asked me to text him my details. I took the day off from work. I sent a message the night before asking for a time and was told I would get a call an hour before. At 10:30 I texted and received no answer. At 11 I called. He didnt remember me. I explained that I had made an appointment for that morning. He explained that he was working on a more pressing job and "might" stop by afterward. If he had been assigned a more pressing job, why didn't he call to say he couldn't make it to my appointment? And, since I had made an appointment, why didnt he know who I was when I called and asked about my appointment? Did he not keep track of his appointments? In an already truely stressful situation, he made it so much worse. I decided to go with someone else.
