Very professional and always on time. Also very pleasant. The office is also amazing and helpful. I had refrigerator repair, a garbage disposal & a dishwasher installed. Definitely recommend this business.

We had two visits from one of their technicians. On both occasions, we had to remind the technician to wear a mask. On both occasions, he wore it below his nose , which of course defeats the purpose. This tells me they have no regard for the health and safety of their customers.

We apologize that you feel your health and safety were not of concern.  Our practice has not been for our techs to wear masks unless the client requests.  Your comment has given us something to consider.  Thanks for the input.
