  A1 Morris Heating and cooling is a wonderful company to work with. I purchased the maintenance package that they offer. It includes a summer maintenance of my ac compressor and a winter furnace maintenance. Brennan was my technician. He is very kind and patient. He took the time to explain basic maintenance to me and had no problem answering any questions that I had. He made sure that I understood what type of filter to use in my furnace and why. This service saved me from an expensive service charge when I saw that my furnace wasn't working during this zero below cold snap and I was able to change the filter to get the furnace back to optimal levels. The service package provides peace of mind as well because it offers a discounted rate if changing the filter was not enough. They also provide excellent customer service from the office with great communication. Definitely happy to be a customer.

  The guys were very professional. From the start Coming yesterday and answering all my wife’s question while i was at work, to today installing a new furnace quickly and cleanly. Answered all questions. 10/10 would recommend and will continue to use them!

  Kudos! Thank you for your service on a cold day! We were able to reach a person at 530am and get a ticket started, Brennon showed up in a timely manner and our repair was done by 1pm. Great service, professional and cost effective! Thank you 1000 times!
