  Having a home-warranty service, we didn't get to choose the technician that came to our home; Another company came out, made repairs, and still left us with no heat; Our insurance sent out Mike with A-Z Heating... He called us immediately after receiving the inquiry, and we promptly set up a time for him to come take a look at our unit. He was on time, incredibly friendly and very confident he could diagnosis the problem. He informed us of what he found, and everything he checked; I felt very reassured he would be able to replace the parts needed. He worked diligently with my insurance to get the parts fast; So quickly in fact, I wasn't able to be home when he came to make the repairs. I had so much confidence in his abilities I didn't worry in the least. He seemed genuinely concerned about how long we'd been without heat and wanted to get this fixed for us ASAP. I came home and immediately turned on the unit and had heat! After two chilly months, and another company failing to make the necessary repairs- we couldn't be MORE thankful for Mike and all he did! Mike was truly a blessing, and should we need our unit serviced again we know who to ask for!

  Very pleased with the service provided. Worked quickly to resolve the issues with my hvac through my warranty company. My heating and air works great now! Very grateful and would highly recommend!

  RUN AWAY he comes out to your house to collect the deductible and then tells your insurance company that it was a " pre existing problem " so he doesn't have to do the work but collect easy money . Completely incompetent
