Having 8 kids in a house is tough imagine without AC... 😳 A.R. WILLIAMS AIR CONDITIONING came to the rescue and made our kids happy and less hectic 😂 Thanks again.

Company’s owner Adam was great, gave me a good deal on a new AC unit. Technicians Adam, Tyler , and Ethan were very professional, courteous and friendly. Completed the job in a timely manner, contained all debris and cleaned up when they were done. Great experience!

Adam helped me out immensely. I had originally scheduled just routine maintenance for my AC which they charged a very fair price for. I had also been having a problem with my bathroom vent fan and mold and started talking to him about it and he was able to diagnose my problem right away. I had four other companies come look at it and they never figured it out. I was so happy with all the services they rendered, they were extremely professional and explained everything very well. He was respectful and helpful and I would highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs!!

This company was great! Their technician, Mark, came to my home to check out the problem, I was having. I thought I would need a whole new unit, but he not only fixed my existing unit, but went above and beyond to repair it. He was honest every step of the way! Unlike the previous company, that I've had for 10 years. I will refer their name to anyone that needs service.

We are so pleased with AR Williams as an AC repair and maintenance company.  Having a condo in Florida it’s so important that our air conditioning works properly!!! AR Williams has always been extremely responsive and super fast to service our cooling needs!! Every technician has been pleasant, professional and knowledgeable.    Today we had Kevin Williams arrive to help us with a problem.  He was here within an hour of our call for service.  He identified and resolved our issue right away.  Thank you Kevin!! I highly recommend being on their maintenance plan.  This company is absolutely top notch!!

Mark Bowman came and repaired my AC unit today (6/25/21).  The experience was efficient and a pleasure.  Mark was courteous and down to earth, professional and polite.  The price for the repair was fair, and he informed me of an annual maintenance plan to extend the life of my unit that comes with much more value than similar programs from their competitors.  The owner Adam is great too.

We returned from vacation at 11PM on a Friday night to an 86 degree home and no A/C. Left a message on A.R. Williams' voicemail and they had a tech out to the house the very next morning (Saturday service)!  In less than 2 hours, Kevin Williams had us back up and running with a new blower motor.  Since our unit was 14 years old, we decided to replace it.  The installation team (Ethan and Tyler) were equally as qualified and as hard-working as Kevin. We were very pleased and impressed with A.R. Williams' timeliness, professionalism, and cleanliness, and its polite, respectful and knowledgeable techs.  Adam clearly hires the best and trains them well.  We highly recommend A.R. Williams.

5+++ stars!  I had other estimates scheduled to fix/repair my AC but as soon as I got off the phone with Adam, the owner, I cancelled the others.  Adam's professionalism, integrity and respect shined through the phone.  Mark,  the service technician, came out the same day and represented all the good feels I got from my phone call with Adam.  Mark is a knowledgeable, straight shooter with a 100% customer satisfaction attitude. A.R. Williams gave me a credit for the original visit since I decided to purchase a new unit. Prices were fair and the experience was great!  Look no further! You won't be disappointed.

We closed on our Florida vacation home on 6/15 and our a/c unit died three weeks later. So the unwelcome search began from out of state. After much on-line research, I found three different HVAC companies to provide repair or replacement quotes.

Long story short, A.R. Williams had the most consistent customer reviews. Adam was responsive, available, accommodating and offered us a short term portable solution to keep the home cool and manage the humidity prior to making a commitment to his company. I define that as going the extra mile to earn our business.

He also gave us a few extra days once the job was completed so our home watch/handyman could visit the home and provide a visual inspection to confirm workmanship and that everything was operational prior to payment.

I would absolutely recommend A. R. Williams for your HVAC repairs or if you need a new air conditioner unit. You won’t find anyone that will work harder to earn your business!

AC stopped working, called A.R. Williams first thing in the morning 8am, they had a tech (Marc) at my house in 35mins. Marc was great fixed the problem, performed maintenance on my entire AC system. System works great, I strongly recommend A.R. Williams.
