  Our wall oven died last Friday. Todd and another gentleman came out and took oven apart. They quickly found the issue and stated they would order parts. We called on Tuesday for status update and an return visit was scheduled for Wednesday at 4pm. Thursday is Thanksgiving. They called us back and stated they could come at 7pm on Tuesday in case we had baking to do for Thanksgiving. They came,got parts replaced and oven nicely working. Really appreciated the extra effort they made to get it done before holiday. Will use them again if necessary. Very professional and courteous.

  Owner came to our house yesterday after communicating back and forth over the holiday what the problem was (he was booked solid but did fit us in). We provided all the information he requested on the problem (front load washer was throwing out an error message and stopping halfway through the cycle). He spent a lot of time on the problem, explained everything that was happening, showed us how to prevent it from happening again. Took care of the problem in a reasonable time frame, cleaned up the mess on the floor after, and the bill was reasonable. Lowes appliance dept actually recommended him to us and we would recommend him to anyone with no problem.

  I was given a quote from Todd. Now the quote is $100 just to show up. Ok, no problem. Then after tinkering with it for awhile, says, "$185 additional for parts and labor. Ok, no problem. Next day, comes with wrong part. No problem. Gets the right part and puts it in. Nothing. Now it's, "it needs a new circuit board" Just left and said he will call in the morning. Wow, just shy of 300 bucks, about an hour or so and I'm SOL. I should've trusted my instincts. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY
