Joe and Brandon did a PHENOMENAL job replacing my 28: year old hot water tanks and servicing my boiler. I have used Joe's services at 3 different houses now and I'd never use anyone else when it comes to HVAC. He thinks long term and takes pride in quality work and craftsmanship that will last and be maintainable so total cost overall is less for the homeowner!

Extremely professional and courteous. I had my boiler breakdown at 11:30 on a Saturday night and called this company. The owner picked up and right a way tried helping me over the phone. Upon realizing what was wrong put me on the schedule first thing Monday. He is extremely reasonably priced and efficient. I would be more than willing to tell everyone to use this company. In fact as soon as he left called my family to tell them how great he was.

A Plus is ahmazing ! Joe and Assocs are spot on and truly a gift to the HVAC Community. If you value good ethics and good service with top of the line work pick Joe....  He worked in sub 0 temps to fix my
units ... if that isn’t commitment dunno wot is.  When Joe fixes it .... it’s fixed!

Needed help with the furnace. They were here within the hour. Problem was quickly identified, and explained to me so I could understand it. After getting a part they went right to work, tested furnace to see that it was working properly, cleaned up after they were done, and were polite, thorough and friendly . They were exactly what you would expect from professionals.

Joe did a fabulous job at repairing our furnace. He was able to find the problem quickly, able to find the part we needed and even drove a distance to obtain this. We have used his service twice now, for regular service and this emergency and I would recommend him to anyone! Great service!

Customer service way below what it should be. Had them out to the house to receive an estimate and all they tried to do is sell me a AC unit that had far more BTU's than the square footage called for. Just trying to take advantage of customers with not a lot of HVAC knowledge. Careful people!

I guess it no coincidence that earlier today 10/9/21, I left a review about Queen City Vacuum and Super Vacuum for doing $2000 in damages to my home during a central vacuum installation.
This after I reached out to the owner several times for payment and they said to take them to court.
Being unhappy with them I left a 1 star review.
This is a fake review and call them out on it with no response.
If you're considering installing a central vacuum system, please feel free to contact me (716-773-1888) before doing business with Queen City Vacuum or Super Vacuum.

We cannot recommend Joe and his team highly enough. This work ethic and standards are extremely high and it's clear he has true passion for what he does. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Joe is a service technician not a parts changer or a salesman. He always fixes the problem and I get what I pay for. These kind of workers are hard to come by these days!!!

For almost a decade, Joe has taken care of the boiler heating system in my home.  He is the best! He's knowledgeable, competent, and responsive.  I given him my highest recommendation.

First and foremost, joe is an amazing worker, the guy can fix ANYTHING and I mean ANYTHING. If it wasn’t for joe and the a plus team, my house that has 7 people in it wouldn’t have air conditioning for the brutal temperature that buffalo has seen this summer. Him and his worker came out and were able to diagnose what the problem was with our ac unit within a matter of 30 minutes. And had it up and running better then it ever has in 2 hours. Some people will say that’s a long time but but joe does everything right and doesn’t just come and fix the problem he makes sure that there are no other problems as well! I can’t thank them enough for the work they performed for my family. I have had 3 other companies come and tell me to just pay for a new install which would have been close to $6,000!  After a plus got done they saved me more then I could even imagine. I will be calling them for all of my needs! It’s not everyday you call a company to perform a service for you and they get it done and done right the first time. But with a plus that is there guarantee! Joe even called a couple times through out the month after he worked on my ac to check on it and see if it was working up to our standards and if we needed him to come and take care of anything. I’m honestly blessed to have found joe and A Plus Quality. I gave them 5 stars but if I could I would give them 100. Keep up the great work!
