  S 0 star do not use this guy lied like I had a 15pound unit needed freon ended up being only 7 pound and didn't really put freon and lied like he repair a damaged part it never was done didn't find out about the fraud until after I paid save your money and believe it or not he sends junkies to your home I should of know better when I saw the young lady with rotten teeth & missing teeth but long story me short tricked me out of 500$ screenshots of his other reviews he has erased his racist comments now but I left a honest review on Facebook and he was able to block me be sure if you encounter this druggie report to BBB job is always half way done or tricking someone I'm not the only 1 view BBB also

  We are sorry you feel this way. If you had a problem with the service guy that came to your home you should had contacted our office. The repair was a thermostat wire that needed to be replaced due to a rat that had chewed through your wire. We had to return to your house to put 2 pounds of freon in your unit because the child that was left alone was afraid to answer the door. Ma’am we worked with you on the bill and allowed you to pay two weeks later. I believe you may have mistakenly taken us for someone else since the only woman that works here has all of her teeth.

  We had another company come out and told us we needed a new furnace and new ac unit installed. The total costs, $10k!! I called A Plus and Timmy Smith came out and told me we didn't need a new ac unit or furnace and replaced the coil, I believe, put in freon and the bill was less than $1k!! His honest,knowledge and integrity won me over immediately!! I will NEVER have anyone else look at or fix our heating and air. Thank you so much for helping a working class couple save money we didn't have! I recommend this company highly!

  Highly recommend Tim! Our heater was out and I called around 630 pm, and he came to our house within an hour! Tim was amazing, very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful! He was able to make the necessary repairs the same day. He was a pleasure to meet and the entire experience was exceptional! He also loves to fish which is a plus in our book!
