Would give them less than 1 star.  Our home warranty company assigned this company to service our heating system that is currently not working.  A.D. Campbell scheduled our appointment on yesterday from 8am - noon after an hour past the appointment time and NO call/NO show, my husband finally reached A.D. and they reschedule for the same time today.  After the  SECOND NO CALL/NO SHOW  and 5 hours of unsuccessfully trying to contact them since 10 am to confirm our appointment. We have reported them to our home warranty company.

This is about the third/fourth time that I have used this company for various repairs (hvac/water heater). I appreciate the responsiveness to my issues as well as the speedy repairs. The owner is very knowledgeable about various problems regarding the systems they repair. Definitely a repeat customer.

I want to acknowledge the excellent job your staff did in repairing my AC system in August. From the very first phone call with your office, I was patiently given simple answers to my multiple questions  about the possible causes of my AC breakdown and what it may take to repair. The potential repair cost were explained and it  allowed us to make a better decision and eliminate financial  surprises. We really appreciate the professionalism and honest service in an area that we were clueless about. I provided your business cards to neighbors, family and coworkers and even emailed your website link to those in need. Our home is once again nice & cool. Thank you!

Don’t waste your time with them, they won’t show up!
They were scheduled to come within a 4 hour window, I waited for them all morning, they never showed up, never reached out to reschedule, never answered me.

I called in an emergency loss of heat call. Mind you the temp was in the 30’s and I have a special needs daughter. The call was made Friday, they came out and advised they would need to order the part, if I haven’t heard anything by Monday around 12 to call. I called Monday, into Tuesday morning only to have met with a female that stated she would check and get back with me in 5 min. I called back 5 hours later to be told the final part would be in late that afternoon and it would be the next morning 8-11. I called at 11 when no one showed up and was advised she told me 8-12; called me a liar, was rude and unprofessional. I called back at 1230 still no one here and was advised he would be here at 1. The gentleman showed up, replaced the part and left. He did not wire it properly and now I am writing this review, my husband is trying to figure out what is wrong and still no heat. I am tired of calling 10-15 time only to speak to a female that has attitude and provides no customer service. Highly do no recommend!!!!!!!!

Very professional company. Very attenuative and specific to clients needs. Thankful for the responsiveness of this company being a parent of toddlers who also works full time, this is a very big deal. The quality of their work is incredible and if you allow them to provide their services, I can guarantee the service will speak for itself.

When our compressor went out, Mr. Campbell was very informative from the diagnosis of what needed to be replaced to the timeframe that he could replace it! No hidden agenda! No gimmicks! No extra fees! After checking the warehouse to make sure our part was in stock, Mr. Campbell was back to install the compressor and our home was cooler than a fan! Thank you so much for such professional and speedy service!
