Fantastic company! They came out to repair my shower and were done within an hour. They let me know exactly what was wrong and had the parts to replace. The guy who came was very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be using them in the future!

If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I had a pipe burst and while they came out to fix the problem it took them two times to come out and, it was still leaking. The charge for service (3 total hours time was $700.00) When I called to to have them come back out to fix their work, they told me to go talk to a company who could take imaging of the internal plumbing to find the leak. The company name they gave me doesn't do that type of work. I then tried to call back several times and they refused to call back to fix the work. They will be an excellent company to take your money and run.

Thank you for your feedback. However, we would like to clarify points in your comments: • Our technician arrived to find that the water had been shut off to an entire multi-unit building by a third party. We installed a water shutoff to isolate the leak in your unit so that the water could be restored to the rest of the units in the building. Water was left off to your unit because the pipes were still frozen and we were not able to complete the repair at that time due to the extreme weather and large volume of emergency calls that came in that particular weekend. Also, we did not have access to the enclosed area between the kitchen floor and carport ceiling where the water piping is run to verify if there was any other damage to the pipes. • The next day when the repair was completed, there were no further leaks from the area that we repaired and tested. • Charges were for the first service call to install a shutoff in your unit (an after-hours emergency during the weekend, which includes a 20% surcharge) and the second service call during regular business hours to repair the damaged pipe. • We have a one year supplied parts and labor warranty on all of our work. Our supervisor advised you during a phone conversation that if the leak is caused by work that we performed there would be no charge to repair. However, if there was a leak due to our repair being damaged because of freezing again or unrelated leaks due to freezing there would be a charge to repair them. • You were referred to a thermal imaging company during multiple conversations to find where the heat loss was coming from that was causing your pipes to freeze and burst. You were also advised that there are companies that have the equipment to look inside of walls to find broken piping and/or water leaks. • You stated that you tried to call back several times. If we are away from the desk, on the other line or assisting other customers, our calls go to voice mail, which we monitor throughout the day. Our voice mail greeting clearly states this. We received your voice mail on 3/3/21 and our supervisor called you back on 3/3/21. • Our supervisor advised you that we were happy to come out. We contacted your representative/tenant at your request to set up an appointment. We reached out, but were unable to leave a message on 3/3/21 as their voice mail was full. We reached them on 3/4/21 and made an appointment for our supervisor to meet on-site on 3/5/21. We received a call from your representative/tenant the morning of 3/5/21 to cancel the appointment stating that you would contact us if you decided to have us perform a return service call.
