  Marcus with A&D air comfort services was sent to us from our home warranty company. He installed a brand new heating and AC unit. After 3 months, the heater quit working. He came out the next day to take a look and said that he fixed it. The heater was not fixed. We tried contacting him the next day and many many days after and he would never answer or return our calls. We are in the process of escalating this complaint. We were guaranteed a 1 year parts warranty, but apparently he gets around that by just ghosting his customers altogether.

  Had Marcus install humidifier and first time blew fuse on the furnace. Came back and added transformer. That blew shortly after. Marcus said had 1 year warranty on his work but when I contacted him he said would take care of on Monday but never heard from him even after tried to reach him several times. Hired someone else to fix. Marcus had one loose wire and the wiring had to totally be redone to stop burning up transformers. All told has cost me close to $200 to repair his $243 install.

  I’m sorry you had this issue but before I finished job we verified proper operation and before I completed work and after you had several different contractors to work on the unit and property so to put this issue on my company is a unfortunately false
