I was very pleased with the awesome and professional service provided to me by Omari from A Comfort Zone. He gave my system a very thorough check up, changed my filter for me, explained the functioning of an older filter system, and even alerted me to the fact my neighbor's compressor was not functioning. I found the price to be extremely reasonable for this level of service. I am a business consultant who works primarily with service industries, and I have extensive knowledge about the costs involved with providing services; this service was of high value. Thank you Omari and wishing you a wonderful 2021.

Was charged an initial fee of $95 just to have someone come out and basically look at my AC unit. $95 to simply LOOK at my AC. Then, I made the mistake of setting up another appointment for a more accurate diagnosis of the issue as well as a potential solution to the problem. This cost me nearly $200 for 30 minutes of poking around even after he originally quoted me $150/hr. The tech then tells me that the unit needs to be fully replaced because of some rust and a refrigerant leak. I called another company for a second opinion, who kindly charged me $0 to do what this company charged me nearly $300 to do, AND told me the unit does not need to be replaced. I felt that I was taken advantage of for my lack of knowledge on air conditioners and would not recommend this service to anyone. Please shop around first.

A Comfort Zone was incredibly thorough and patient explaining my options for a new HVAC system. I required a couple revisions and changes to the initial quote,. When I called for additional information, I was always met with professionalism and a prompt response. Initially, we had some issues because our setup required the propane heated water heater to supply the backup heat to the furnace. This required a plumber to be involved. The plumber didn't install the correct check valves, which caused the backup heat to fail. After several calls and visits from the plumbing company, we still were without backup heat. A Comfort Zone, even though it wasn't their problem, sent a plumber who understood the situation and fixed the issue. After the install was complete and the bill was paid, A Comfort Zone always responded quickly and followed up with their maintenance agreement. This system has now been in place for over year and it has worked flawlessly. I understand that sometimes unexpected issues occur, but having a company to work with who will see things through even when it isn't their fault really takes them a step above the rest.
