  Linda called me late Friday afternoon. I explained my problems. She sent a technician on Saturday morning and he fixed my problem in less than 2 hours. It was a bad AC fan motor. Excellent service and very qualified technician.

  Worst service ever. I moved into a new home in July 2020. I have a letter from this company stating they would replace the cover of a unit because the part was not available prior to sale of the home. Here we are, nearly one year later. It’s been nothing but excuse after excuse. Even after admitting the part was available, they have not come out to complete the repair. They have canceled and avoided coming out countless times. I can’t keep chasing them. Now I have to hire an attorney.

  We had A&C Trades install a geothermal heat pump as part of a new home build. Their communication with us was excellent and they did a great job going over the tradeoffs for the different options available to us. We've had one issue with the system since it was installed (a spider shorted out a sensor, for goodness sake), and they were out here promptly to diagnose and repair the issue.
