We use American home shield for our warranty service. They contacted AC rescue Inc. for work on our central air/heat. They were out the very next day to repair our unit. The service technician Kenny was right on time and has us fixed up in less than 1 hr. Kenny was very knowledgeable and very courteous and was able to quickly replace a couple of parts and be on his way. Thank you AC Rescue and Kenny for getting our unit up and running correctly again.

The technician whose name was Kenny came all the way out to our home which was over an hour away. He kept me updated on his arrival time throughout the morning. Kenny was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I explained what our system was doing and he immediately was able to determine the problem. He showed me on the unit where the problem was and quickly resolved the issue. Based on the level of service Kenny provided, I would recommend A C Rescue to anyone needing their HVAC system serviced.

They installed my new air handler after home shield sent them to my house. They charged me for uv protection and locking caps in the tunes of 375 dollars that was never installed. And I had to contact them about the heating element that was never installed and they then informed me that it was on back order. My install was June 23 so I called today to see the status of my back order and if they where going to refund me for the work they didn't perform and I've heard nothing I put it on my credit card so I may contact them to see if I can cancel my credit card transaction. Update: 9-28-21 I finally recieved my heater element from a 3 week back order.......3 months later. And have yet to receive a response about not getting the locking caps and uv protection refund for work they didn't perform. But on a good note Todd is a excellent technician who came and installed my heater element. He explained what he did and informed me that the new heater elements are different so I wouldn't be alarmed if I noticed the extra set of wires not connected. He's A-1.

Your install was done on June 21st. As via our messages I have reached out to you to let you know what is going on here is a copy past of our messages back and fourth . We are still waiting on the mfg. they are 3 plus weeks out and we did not want you to be without A/C due to not have a Heat kit (which is for the heat) I am glad you are cooling now as we wait on the heat kit. Below is our conversation with time stamps and date. The heat kit was on backorder From my understanding we didn't want you to be without air for weeks on end because of a heat kit (which is the heat for the home) . We are waiting to hear back from the mfg and at this time for an update. Once I have one we will reach out to you.
