  My refrigerator decided to stop working at the most in opportune time, the week of Christmas when it’s filled with goodies. I called A-C & Pocono Refrigeration Service and was pleasantly shocked when I was told that they’ll be at my house in two and a half hours. After about two hours I got a call from Rick explaining that he’ll be late because the job he was doing was taking a bit longer than he anticipated and I was so appreciative of him taking the time to call to inform me because unfortunately from my personal experience, most companies in the service industry don’t communicate well with clients Rick showed up, diagnosed the problem and after explaining to me in detail what the problem was fixed the problem He is knowledgeable, very professional yet friendly and respectful his price was very reasonable especially for same day service which is very rare in this area. Thank you Rick for a job well done I won’t hesitate to use this company again and would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone looking for top quality refrigeration service Thanks again Rick

  I don’t usually leave a review unless service was superb. This was one of those times. I was in a jam with my freezer and was going to lose tons of food and lots of money. Mr.Zito came personally and fixed my problem. He was on time courteous and informative! If you need help with anything refrigeration related I can’t recommend this company enough!!! Totally Happy!!!😁😁😁👍👍👍

  What an excellent service I received! Came out in the middle of the night and fixed a problem that was very important to me to be fixed immediately. The price charged was very reasonable and I am more than pleased! I highly recommend this company Pocono AC Refrigeration!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!!!
