The A/C mechanics were amazing! They removed my old whole unit. Replaced with new awesome quiet unit! They were very knowledgeable and alerted us with each steps. Replaced A/C foundation and duck fan foundation and heating coils. Replaced thermostat. Arrived early and finished by afternoon! Cleaned up property with care and professionalism! Thank you A/C Mechanic. We're very "Happy!"

Extremely unprofessional, and highly unskilled. This company is a joke, none of their service technicians have any idea what they're doing. Worked on my AC unit around 6 times, over the past 5mos. Spend your money anywhere else. Zero stars. My AC unit has been leaking for MONTHS! It's nearly ready to fall through the floor.

This company is amazing. I recently had a problem in one of my locations and spoke to Ruth on the phone. Ruth was very helpful and tried to troubleshoot with me on the phone before sending out a tech. It was a Friday and someone still came out to repair my unit so I would not have to sit in the heat over the weekend. Thank you guys very much and I especially want to thank Ruth for her patience and professionalism.

When we hired these folks to perform a pre-purchase home system check, they missed a problem that caused our coils to freeze at a cost of $1000. 35 days later the coils freeze again. The return call service fee is $130 (because they only guarantee repairs for 30 days) plus another $526 part.  The service tech, Bikenson, preferred no conversation so responded to our questions with "Do you want to be my assistant?" and "You will not understand if you don't do this work". His final service call here he remained on a personal call  90% of the time, so our communication was limited. Our coils have frozen again but we are now using another company.

After I logged a service request with my property manager on 9/25 at about 6pm, Brad called me and arranged to send someone to my house in 9/26. They came on time and fixed the electrical short causing my AC to stop working. Great service and highly recommended!!!

This company is amazing! I called for an estimated and the next day Nick came to my condo and answered all my questions about air conditioners. He was extremely knowledgeable and as promised, had his team coming over two days later. They arrived on time to to replace my AC unit. The guys were extremely professional and did an amazing job. I'm very happy with my new ac and also with the price they charged me. I highly recommend A/C Mechanix

Matt was the technician. He is very courteous, on time, he listens to your concerns. Once the job is completed he gives you a synopsis of the work he completed. Matt is an asset to your company.

Brad came out right on time.  He checked things out, and said my A/C was reparable and I didn't need a new one at this time.  So......he fixed it!!!  And saved me from going into big time debt. (I had quotes from two companies for a new a/c, and they both said it couldn't be repaired.) I love this company!  I would recommend them in a heartbeat!  Brad was pleasant, efficient, and totally capable.  I can't say enough good things about the service, and the price.  I suggest you call him first, if you have A/C problems.

I’d like to preface this with that fact that we rent our home. So we did not contact AC Mechanix. Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, in the middle of August, in Florida. The initial call went in Friday and someone was at our home Monday afternoon. The repair man that came was fine but we have been waiting for 5 days in this heat for a part to come in. I just want to know if this place has any sense of urgency…? We have 4 people and 2 pets living in the home and it just doesn’t seem like the folks over at AC Mechanix really care about their customers or the work they do. I understand having to order a part…but having to wait 5 days in unbearable heat is absolutely unacceptable. Someone there is dropping the ball and not doing their job.

By far the best AC experience I've ever had! Technicians are very knowledgeable and the owner, Brad, made sure the challenges that a previous company created were resolved.

HIGHLY recommend A/C Mechanic Heat and Air because they're honest, accountable, friendly, personable, very professional.

They left us with a very well-running system AND, a great feeling of trust if further needs arise!
