  Our entire experience was awesome from start to finish. Doug returned our call promptly and was able to come the next day to fix our dryer. He was professional and courteous and called ahead to let us know he would be there in a few minutes. I will definitely be recommending him to everyone I know that is in need of appliance repair!

  Doug was phenomenal. He returned our call immediately and was able to come to our house within a few days. I really appreciated that he told us what color his truck was and called before arriving so we knew when to expect him and that it was definitely him. He fixed our dryer quickly and was courteous while in our house. I absolutely recommend him!
