  I was referred by another happy customer to A-All Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning after being without AC for 2 1/2 months because the part needed to fix it was on back order...WOW!! I am so impressed!! Sam Paros was amazing!! He legitimized the fact that the manufacturer had the part on back order...but took it a step further and located the part...in Cleveland...6 hours after he first talked to me. He squeezed me in to their busy schedule because he knew that I had been without AC for 2 1/2 months (not 2 1/2 days)...he was up front and honest about what it would take to fix...and explained it to me in terms that I could understand. Well, on the day of service, the technician showed up right on time...he took his time to complete the job...and it turns out...I didn't need the @$##^^#^ part at all!! It was fixed within hours and for less than I expected to spend. How could I ask for anymore than that??!! I highly recommend A-All Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning. I am not always easily pleased, but I was exceptionally impressed with their service!!
