Tony with this company is absolutely honest and straightforward person. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for my company. We hired him to do a job for us, and he was accidentally overpaid by almost $1,700. When i spoke with him, he was extremely quick in getting those accidental funds back to us. This could have turned out very badly for us, however because he is the person he is, he did the right thing and made it right with us. If we ever have any work in or around his area, he will be the first person we call! Thank you again Tony!

Tony is friendly and very knowledgeable, He came out found the problem, I guess 20 yrs. for a heat pump is good, told me what the price would be for a new unit, when he could install it and followed through as promised, They were at my house on time and left no mess when they were done, I am very happy with their work and price, and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought a brand new heating unit from al 7 yrs ago. .the sales rep explained tthe different types of machines and waranty. So I bought the machine that was recommend by him. .we only had the machine for 4 month when the problems started. .we've had to call al 2 times per year to get the machine worked on. .and it's never run..properly. .their staff doesn't show up when they set appointments. .they often have to make calls to other because they weren't familiar with the product they sold me. .this company has charge me thousands of dollars in the past few years and have never fixed the machine they sold me and tried to fix numerous times. .now they won't even return a phone call. .do not do business with this fraudulent company. .

James, thank you for your review. However, most of the information you included in your review is not true nor correct. We never installed a heating system in your mobile home, Sir. Your heating system in your mobile home was installed over 30 years ago by the manufacturer of the mobile home. You are correct in saying that you had multiple problems with your heat which is to be expected under the circumstances. Your heating unit is well over 30 year old. As I told you when we spoke, I am refusing any further service to this furnace due to the age and safety of the furnace. You told me at that time you had also asked someone else to look at the issues and they couldn’t fix it and this is more than likely due to the age of the furnace. Yes, we did install an AC system approximately 8 years ago. This install was completed and covered by your insurance company due to damage on your previous unit. In my documentation... your issues on your AC unit was related to not changing your filter regularly and not having the system serviced as the manufacturer recommends. My information also is documented that on one instance we added refrigerant. These issues are not uncommon due to the age and lack of regular maintenance on the unit. I am the owner, the sales rep, and the installer of your AC system. I can refuse any service due to any safety reasons which is what I have done, Sir. As the representative and owner of my company, I take pride in my work, my customer service as well as the safety of my customers. I’m sorry if this not respected by your request but as the owner, I feel I am putting safety measures in place as I have been trained and experienced to do. Reviews should be based on truth and experience with a company. My service has been prompt, informative, and professional. My service and integrity should not questioned or damaged by false information as you have stated in your review due to refusal of service. Thank you, Tony Turner
