  ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES I HAVE EVER HAD TO WORK WITH In the past I have recommended this company. However, after my most recent experience, that will never happen again. Over the course of several months we had this company in to service our beer coolers. We had a problem with icing in the unit. After over $2000 spent in repairs the same problem remains. On one particular visit the service tech tried to charge us one hour of time while he sat in his van drinking soda and smoking. On the last visit we were charged for several hours when the tech was not on site, having no guarantee that he was actually working on our issue. I tried to speak with the owner about the last invoice, which was for over $900. No luck. Needless to say we will be using a different company in the future and I would suggest you do the same.

  They are a rip off with terrible customer service, have unskilled technicians who learn on the job by reading manuals billing their time to the customer. They are unethical, unprofessional and ill mannered. Not Reocommended.

  Terrible Customer Service along with a huge bill. I own 3 properties and never have encountered such a poor business. Not recommending these people to anyone.
