  These guys deliver for my restaurant. Usually I get a technician in the next day for a service call, but not making any promises for them: that’s just my experience. Multiple calls have been completely paid for with freezer/fridge warranty coverage, so that’s awesome they do that follow-through for the customer. Their pricing is a little below average for the market otherwise for service calls. Technicians are knowledgeable and very nice. Very quick and efficient when I have seen them at work. Understand that they have a receptionist who takes the initial call, and then you will get a call from their repair manager. People are mean on these reviews. Quality kitchen refrigeration and HVAC isn’t ever going to be cheap, people!

  Owner was very knowledgeable on the best solution for my unique HVAC situation. Prices were inline with other contractors but service was above and beyond what I expected. I would recommend them for both commercial and residential work. Available 24/7 for any emergency needs or concerns.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The owner is HORRIBLE! When I called in for service, the person who answered the phone didn’t know what she was talking about and she wasn’t friendly at all. I felt like she was miserable and hated her job and took it out on me. The owner Terry Martinez was rude and unprofessional when talking to me. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect before from someone who deals with customers. I will NEVER use A1 again and would not recommend them to anyone.
