  Repair completed by Tech Lowell Squires, very pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. Mr. Squires informed us during the initial inspection that the required part was on special back order, so we were not surprised by the length of time it took to receive the part from Whirlpool. We communicated with J. Canaan via email as we waited for the part to arrive. Her responses were always timely. Thanks for a great experience with your company during our repair process.

  Technician Lowell came to repair the washer and dryer. He discovered nothing wrong with the washer. Explained that it was a balancing issue with the newer washers. Sensors detect that the balance is not correct and attempt to correct the balance issue. If it can’t do it, it generally shuts down or won’t spin correctly. Dryer had no heat and he diagnosed it and repaired it. Now comes why I am giving him such excellent review, I am deaf and in order to explain the balance issue, he took the time to text me back and forth explaining how to properly load clothes so there is no longer a balance issue. He said he normally explains it verbally. Wow. I was so impressed with his patience and the time he took to text me back and forth, making sure I understood everything. I recommend A1 Appliance. I know I will use their service again and request Technician Lowell. When you can have someone who is patient to deal with someone else’s disability, that is a sign of a true great technician and employee of the company. I recommend A1Appliance!

  I had a very pleasant experience with A-1 tech, Lowell. He arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He was courteous and patiently answered all my questions. Quickly he diagnosed the problem letting me know the expected timeline for the part needed. Very pleased with his skill and his attitude. I would highly recommend Lowell and A-1 Appliance service for your service.
