  I called 5150 Heating and Air Conditioning to repair my Central Air Unit at my residence. I was told it would be three days before they could come out to diagnose the problem. It's been 2 weeks with zero communication from them. Not a way to do business.

  Sorry to hear about your bad experience. Are you sure you have left a review for the right company? We try are hardest to reach every customer in an acceptable time frame but missed appointment do happen. Have you tried calling the office? I’m not sure who this is?

  I called him because I saw his number on his truck. He met me in the parking lot and installed a thermostat the next day. The service was awesome!
