  These guys are awesome!!! Since 406 Heating and Cooling was not under a contract with my rental property manager to come to my location, the technician called and told me how to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It was 14 degrees today with a real feel of 4. I am truly grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend that you give 406 Heating and Cooling a call if you need any AC/Heating services.
