  This business is crooked and incompetent. They installed a new boiler for me. The technicians wired the system improperly and had to keep returning to get it right. It still isn't correct. Whenever the technician came to fix something he told me the system wasn't working properly because I needed a new circulating pump or a few. I told him he already installed those when I got the new boiler. Last month I discovered a crack in one of the new circulating pumps they installed. Another pump was leaking water from the gasket. I called them and told them which pump needed replacing. They sent two technicians who were not prepared to replace anything. When I spoke to the owner he told me that I had to pay for the new pump and installation. I told him that he was responsible for that and that the pumps should be under guarantee. He agreed and said he'd have to wait for a pump to come in and that it's hard to get them due to Covid (although I found many of them at Home Depot). He told me they were not original. I'm sure he was lying because he didn't want to do the job. It's been a few weeks now. I called my plumber, and he told me he could find these pumps anywhere. These guys will make things up just to sell you something, do a lousy job and then not return your calls. DON"T use them under any circumstance.

  Incredibly frustrating with the service I received. They sent 3 people out to do a one person job. Spent 4 hours trying to install a nest, which an infant can install and left me with a mess and hours upon hours of fixing the wiring issues they have left me with. Save your money, look elsewhere. Spent nearly 1k for a 25 dollar transformer from Amazon and 4 screws. My hvac system now runs with no thermostat installed at all! Perfect 🤦‍♂️

  William I’m sorry that you feel this way about our service. I wish you would’ve called me if there was an issue. Last we spoke everything was working fine. You or someone else you had there had shorted out the wires and created a mess in your system. We came out same day to help you which we did. Communication is key we stand behind our work.

  Gill and team were very responsive from beginning to end and did a great job on a project that was alot of work. They left the work area as clean as when they started. Thank you 365 kool you won over my repeat business.
