  I've been using 360 Energy for all of the work on my home and it's always been an absolute joy. Stephen is very communicative, explains what needs to be done clearly, charges a fair rate for only the work that really needs to be done - no price gouging or unnecessary work. Would highly recommend and already have to all of my friends in the area.

  Today was my first appointment with these guys and Stephen just left about an hour or so ago after doing a routine cleaning, my first since I got the unit two years ago. He also helped repair and cleaned a bit of a boo-boo which likely was caused by the installers. I am incredibly impressed by his professionalism and politeness. I had a very negative run in with one of his competitors just last week. And two years ago, I had a negative run-in with the same competitor, plus several people just no showed. While we did have to reschedule our original appointment, he had a really, really good reason and he warned me ahead of time as soon as he knew so that was awesome. When he got here, Stephen was so nice and really explained what he was about to do and did everything wonderfully. Plus he seems to have a sense of humour which can be a plus too. I've already given his name to someone else who is looking to possibly replace his HVAC person (replacing the same one I had the negative run-in with!).

  Do you know that questionable feeling you get in your stomach when someone tells you that you need a new HVAC unit at a discount of $7000?!? Well you won’t get that feeling with 360 Home Energy and the owner Stephen. He is the most honest person I have ever met and someone you can trust to fix or replace your HVAC system at a reasonable cost. HVAC systems can be expensive(especially with some other companies’ markups), but the assurance Stephen gives you is priceless. He will clearly explain if your unit can be fixed or should be replaced and will show you why. His approach to your HVAC needs will be as if he is working on his own system. He definitely puts the customer’s interests first. Thank you Stephen and can’t thank you enough! You have a customer for life!
