24/7 serviced our furnace quickly by replacing a needed part. It’s early January and cold and they are very busy, but the repairman came that same day and our house is warm again. We have had their service and furnace maintenance plan for years. We have peace of mind because we know 24/7 is always there for us. Special thanks to the wonderful repairman who fixed our furnace today!

Having my best not kick on in single digit weather. I was just waiting for the upcharge and to get up sold. Kenny came late at night. Fixed the heater and that was it. The blower went out on my furnace the night before we had two days of below zero temps forecasted for my area. Ken came to my rescue and it was a quick diagnosis and as always I received friendly service. The part was ordered and replaced the next day as quickly as it could be  done. Had an estimate for air conditioning replacement.  Everything went fine until I mentioned that we had other companies coming for an estimate.  At that point it became a pressure sale.  I ended up signing a contract.  I believe that I will be paying about $2000 more for this project then I would have with someone else.  Everything better turn out well with this project.

Technician, Ken, was prompt, prepared and professional.. He checked our heating system and was very thorough. We appreciate that 24hr. calls us to remind us to have our systems checked.  They always work around our schedule and seem to have friendly and personable staff..

The  "service not listed" is humidifier installation, maintenance, and service. I have had a security blanket with 24/7 for many years and purchased a new furnace through them that they installed.  I am a single man, 84 years old, living alone, so I need reliable service to be available.  24/7 has done an excellent job in every respect except one:  the people on the phone during the overnight hours do a poor job of calling back when I have called in for emergency service.  I believe that 24/7 has just recently contracted with new people for this, so this may change if other people complain as well.  Otherwise, everything about 24/7 is well done and service is dependable..

We had Marcus come out and do some routine maintenance on our furnace. He was professional helped answer questions and also let us know about some other products that will help our families allergy situation. Great service and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again!

We have used 24 Hour Home Comfort for years now, they have installed our furnace, central air, whole house humidifier and air filter system. Always professional, on time and the price they quote is the price we have paid, no hidden costs. We also use the twice a year system checkup which is worth it as well.

24HR Home Comfort performed a routine annual inspection.  They have been providing this service for us for years and they are always professional and on time.  They are respectful of our property, using shoe coverings while in the house.  Every technician we have had has been polite and pleasant to deal with.
