  I have worked with 20/20 air for many years because they are very professional in all of their dealings. I appreciate that they show up when they say they are going to, keep you apprised of any changes, and also alert you if earlier appointments become available. I had a technician today who was especially good because he was somebody who really knew his stuff. Kurt demonstrated pride in his work which was totally justified because he really knew what he was doing. He gave me confidence that everything would be done right.

  Hector arrived at the scheduled time and introduced himself. Then he got to work on the a/c unit. When he was finished, he stated that it was in good shape and ready for the warm weather. He made a couple of suggestions for future work and gave me pricing quotes. Hector is professional and courteous. I would be happy to see him again if I need heating or a/c work done.
