  We hired Mark, who advertises "We get it right the first time" He came and charged us $85 to do a diagnostic. He then found what he thought would fix the hot water issue with our Boiler. He Charged us an additional $255 for a total of $340. The hot water never changed. It stayed scalding. We called him and he "said he would come back out but we would have to pay him the trip charge and to work on it again." My husband asked if he would please take pictures as he went along so that we could turn the cost to the home warranty service. He refused. So we are still living with our problem, out the $340 and believe me he didn't "Fix it right the first time"

  We needed our furnace replaced and they sid an excellent job. Thorough, honest and fair. Excellent customer service and communication. We will definetly be using them for all out heating and cooling needs.

  Gave Mark a call late in the evening when the furnace went out. He was fast and friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Mark fixed the problem right away and I would recommend Mark Riggle to anyone!
