  Used this company on family recommendations and am highly disappointed. We got a quote from this company in February of 2020. We paid our deposit also in February. Once paid I waited a couple weeks for them to get equipment and schedule a date to do it. I had to reach out several times to get a response as to when they would show up. I should have known from that point to take my money elsewhere. I was given a date and they didn’t show and then was given a couple more dates and the system was finally installed at the end of March. During the original conversation we discussed about our upstairs being super hot in the summer and they would add another pipe to help accommodate that. That didn’t happen!!! I have tried to get them out here to fix this issue since last June!! They now want to say the upstairs is just going to be hot because heat rises. I know it can be fixed because I have been in several homes that you don’t sweat the moment you walk up the stairs! I cannot get him to call me or respond to messages and I did not pay THOUSANDS of dollars to have my kids still be sweating to death to go to bed. I do not recommend this company to anyone. And to top it off they cut a new hole for the gas vent on the front of my home and left the PVC pipe hanging out about a foot. Didn’t trim it or make it look professional at all. And they cut a hole in my floor and baseboard instead of removing it to run the wires for a new thermostat.

  Way quick service. Dude squeezed me in on a busy and very hot day.. found and fixed the problem fast. I would recommend to my mom. Thanks again
