  Our furnace went out during a winter snow storm a couple years back. Heath was able to replace the furnice the next day. The cost was a lot less than my neighbor paid for a similar unit with another company. I highly recommend.

  Today we had a system installed. Heath failed to calibrate the unit to the air handler per Yorks specs. Its blowing at 800cfs when York says a min of 1050cfs is required for our unit. He claims that was not part of the install despite Yorks own installation instructions saying the unit must be calibrated to 350cfs per ton after install. So a 3 ton unit would be needed to be set at 1050cfs. He says he does not know how to do this and is not part of the install. So how do you install a heat pump per manufacturers instructions but decide to bypass a very imoportant step? He claims 30 years of experience but has no idea how to adjust a blowers settings? I was able to Google the instructions myself and I have zero years experience in HVAC. I cannot in good conscience recommend this man. He didn't even attempt to resolve the situation at all. Just dismissed us and said he was finished with us. I have it in email. So basically his one year warranty and standing behind his work was just all talk. Thankfully there are real hvac professionals that are able to properly calibrate our system to Yorks specs so as to not void our warranty as Heath Taylor has currently done until the unit is installed correctly.
