  We have had to call them out twice this winter and the young man(I believe his name is Tyler)seemed to know what hes doing. Have had no problems and our furnace is working as it should. Would definitely recommend them.

  Fantastic people. My furnace broke in the middle of winter (of course!). I have children and an elderly mother in the home so needless to say, I was panicking. There were out there on the same day. My home is older and required a part that needed to be ordered. They made it work temporarily (no clue how) and got the part in ASAP. They were very candid and explained my options in a way that I could understand before making any moves. I always appreciate this. There's nothing better than having repairs done, only to find out that you have to sell an organ to pay for it (sarcasm, and please don't sell your organs).

  Huge kudos to Gildehaus Comfort Systems for their quick response today when my furnace wasn't working properly. Office staff was great in making sure my service request was taken care of quickly. Tyler, the technician, was a good communicator and ensured that I knew he'd be heading my way soon so I could meet him at my house. He resolved the issue within 30 minutes and made sure that I understood the charges on my bill. The service charge was super reasonable, especially considering that I live 30 miles from the Gildehaus office in Pacific. Overall, exceptional experience from the service to the price! Thank you for making a stressful issue easy to handle--I can't wait to sleep in a WARM house tonight! :)
